Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka was born in Minsk. Sergey Sabalenka (d. 2019) is her hockey-playing father. Aryna Sabalenka is a Belarusian born on May 5, 1998. She has 12 WTA titles in her career, which includes that of the Grand Slam of 2023 Australian Open. As a doubles player, she's also a great player. She's been a winner of two Majors with Elise Mertens, her US Open in 2019 and the Australian Open in 2021. The Sunshine Double was achieved by her and Elise in the year 2019. Together, they took home the WTA 1000s in Indian Wells & Miami. Only four couples were able to make it happen in women's doubles.
